I’m Tommy, founder of Tommy in Yiwu Sourcing and your first contact on WhatsApp. If you found us on TikTok (@yiwusourcing.tommy), this is the short version of how our team helps overseas buyers source from Yiwu markets and nearby factories: find the right suppliers, check the order, and keep communication clear in English on WhatsApp.

We work hands-on: market walks, photos and videos from the floor, sample coordination, and follow-up through production and shipping. No inflated case-study walls — tell us the product, quantity, and target market, and we’ll start from there.

Share a product link, photo, or brief. We shortlist Yiwu market stalls and nearby factories that match your quality and price band, send real photos/videos, and help you compare options before you commit.

Before you pay a deposit or balance, we help confirm what’s actually in the quote — specs, packaging, lead time, and whether the supplier can support your quantity. You get clear notes in English, not a vague “trust me.”

We talk price, MOQ, payment terms, and packing with suppliers in person or on WeChat, then summarize the deal for you. Goal: a number you can work with — without mystery markups on the factory side of the conversation.

Sample review and pre-shipment photo/video checks against your agreed spec. If something looks off, we flag it early so you can decide — remake, partial ship, or hold — before goods leave China.

Unit price alone misleads. We help you ballpark product + packing + inland + international freight so you see a fuller picture before ordering. Final carrier quotes still depend on route, volume, and season.

Once goods are ready, we help connect packing, pickup, and freight options (air / sea / courier) with forwarders you choose — or ones we introduce. You stay in the loop on WhatsApp with tracking updates as they come.
